*Essential Functions*
* Service, Repair, and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed.
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route.
* Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
* Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing Residential Elevators
* Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
* Clean, valid drivers license
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers on a positive basis
* Certified Elevator Technician or Elevator Mechanic License, preferred
