Essential Job Duties:
Install all types and sizes of residential and commercial doors, dock levelers, speed doors, rolling steel doors utilizing ladders, genie lifts, scissor and ariel lifts as needed.
Ability to drive vehicle with a 25 ft.
trailer attached.
Inspect job sites, assessing materials/scope of work, side room or other conditions to determine appropriateness of date for a given location.
Adjust all door types to open or close and make simple adjustments to electric openers.
Repair or replace worn or broken gate parts, using hand & power tools.
Measure and service of a variety of gate sizes, utilizing proper techniques, left or right movement in an upward motion of arm.
Climb ladders/platform lifts ranging in height from 6 ft.
to 30 ft.
, utilizing a safety belt.
Complete required paperwork, such as work orders, according to services performed or required.
Assemble and fasten structures, utilizing impact wrenches or welding equipment.
Order replacement parts, sections as needed.
Maintenance and lubricate doors as needed.
Collect payment upon job completion when required.
