Douglas Brooke Homes is expanding their Renovation and Remodeling division and is looking for a construction laborer to add to the team.
The right candidate will have basic carpentry skills blended with customer excellence.

Responsibilities:
Assist with interior and exterior demolition, including removal of counters, cabinets, flooring, trim, drywall, windows, doors, siding, fascia, and soffits.
Assist carpenter with installation of interior and exterior doors and windows, cabinets, shelving, casings, baseboards, molding and trim.
Setting up and removing floor protection and dust abatement.
Maintain cleanliness of the job site.
Hanging and finishing small projects.
Minor interior and exterior painting.
Other minor basic construction tasks as required.
Requirements:
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in construction projects.
Ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with Buildertrend a plus!
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, bending and kneeling.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to work safety with sharp tools and power equipment.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work in a high dust area with proper PPE.
Pay:
$17 - $19 starting based on experience
