Job Summary:
I am seeking an HVAC Helper and/or Lead Installer to join the company.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential applications.
Experience is preferred but not necessary, I am willing to train the right person from helper to lead installer.
There is opportunity to grow with this company from the ground level.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations when working on job sites
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
Qualifications:
- Experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is preferred but not required
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Skills:
- Mechanical inclination and basic ability to operate hand tools
- Van driving skills for transportation of equipment and materials
- Ability to maintain a clean work area during installations or repairs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $16.
00 - $50.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
