Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in the construction and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and structures
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a skilled laborer in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Skills:
- Carpentry: Proficient in measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wood or other materials to construct or repair structures.
- Plumbing: Knowledgeable in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and fittings.
- Electrical: Familiar with electrical systems including wiring, circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
Able to install or repair electrical components.
- Masonry: Skilled in working with bricks, stones, concrete blocks or other materials to build walls, foundations or other structures.
- Painting: Experienced in preparing surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding or patching holes.
Able to apply paint using brushes or rollers.

Pay: $20.
00 - $25.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
