*Forming, framing, and finishing:*
We are looking for individuals with forming and finishing concrete experience or a _willingness to learn_.
Working in the water is necessary, but is not daily.
MCG provides wet suits and water boots, along with any tools required for this position.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Execute precise formwork assembly for concrete pours, ensuring accurate alignment and stability
Measure, cut, and install wood, and other materials to create forms and framework for concrete placement
Install reinforcing materials, such as rebar, wire, mesh, and anchors
Pour, level and finish concrete to specified grades and textures
Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate project completion
Safely operate construction equipment and tools
*Qualifications:*
_*\*\*\*\*Must be willing to work in the water when necessary\*\*\*\**_
Hard working with physical strength and stamina (able to carry form boards)
Operating a variety of hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment necessary for marine construction tasks
Able to work outdoors in varied temperatures
Exhibit a proactive and motivated approach to task completion
Self-motivated
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Have a positive attitude
A team player
Willing to learn
Able to follow instructions from supervisors
A valid Driver’s License, and reliable transportation is a must.
