REMODEL/CONSTRUCTION

General Contractor / Investment Firm looking for full time remodelers and handymen.
A combination of experience preferred and should be proficient in at least some, if not all skills including: * Minor electrical (light fixtures, switches, outlets, new runs) * Minor plumbing (sinks, faucets, toilets, showers) * Carpentry (cabinets, doors, trim) * Flooring installation (tile, laminate, back-splash) * Painting * Minor roofing repairs * Screen replacement * Light landscaping * Miscellaneous remodeling tasks Efficiency and organization very important.
Candidates with their own tools are preferred.
Please have drivers license and transportation.
Pay rate will be based on experience and efficiency at completing tasks.
Position is 1099 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
