Storage Trailer Rental Needed - $300 (Lake Placid)

I would like to rent a Storage Trailer to keep in my yard for 2 or 3 months.
We are preparing to sell our home and move.
We want to remove many of the things we are going to take with us from our home to make it less cluttered when we show it to prospective buyers.
Would prefer a 6 x 12, but a little bigger or smaller would work.
We will be storing clean corrugated boxes of personal effects in it.
You could bring it here and lock the hitch or I could pick it up and return it when we are finished.
We do not intend to haul it anywhere.
It must be relatively clean and waterproof.
We would also consider purchasing one at a reasonable price, but would prefer to rent for now.
