Two professionals looking to rent (Cape Coral)

Hello 🤠 We are two professionals looking to rent a small house/Mobile home or even 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom for us.
I am the Project Manager for a local GC and Roofing company here in Cape Coral.
The other person is one of my site managers.
We both work full time Monday to Saturday.
Sometimes Sundays.
I travel to Texas every other week too.
****WE DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL OR DO ANY DRUGS***** (we don't smoke cigarettes either)**** We have two vehicles.
Lots of tools so a garage would be great.
If you have a house that needs remodeling, we can work something out.
I am looking to move by the end of March, we are currently renting two rooms and a bathroom in a 3/2 house with an older man, but he smokes marijuana all the time and gives us a headache.

He does Not live with me in Florida.
He is here only for spring break and I'll be taking him back to Texas.
