The Leasing Consultant is responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):*
* Tour and lease apartments to prospective residents.
* Professionally handle resident questions, concerns, and complaints.
* Complete and maintain all resident and property files.
* Conduct out-reach marketing and comp shops on a regular basis.
* Execute Fair Housing Practices consistently.
* Assisting with resident retention.
* Walking the marketing path daily.
* Processing lease applications.
* Supporting the Property Manager with general office maintenance by answering phone calls and performing other administrative tasks.
* *_Must be available to work weekends_*
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required
* Valid Driver's License
* 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a property management office or hospitality
* Prior Leasing experience preferred
* Strong customer service, sales, marketing/outreach and goal-oriented mindset
* Team player, wants the opportunity for growth
* Entrata experience is preferred, but willing train
* Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
* Familiarity with social media platforms, as well as best practices for businesses.
* Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check
* *_Must be able to work on weekends_*
